• Assistance with making a list of groceries according to dietary recommendations and/or restrictions
• Grocery shopping: buying and delivering groceries, sorting and organizing
• Simple meals planning, basic preparation and cooking
• Doing dishes

Laundry

• Sorting clothes to be washed
• Washing/drying (in the washing machine)
• Folding
• Helping with organizing and storage
• Ironing when it is required
• Taking/picking up garments to/from the drycleaners

Companionship

• Assist with going out in the community
• Assist with going to the doctors’ appointments
